Accomplishments
Democratic Voice of Burma (DVB) was established on July 19, 1992 funded by Norwegian Government. Prime Minister Dr. Sein Win has been a member of the Borard of Directors. Later, DVB became an independent radio station.
National Health and Education Committee (NHEC), providing health and education assistance to ethnic nationalities and schools, was established and it has been closely working with NCGUB until now.
Euro-Burma Office (EBO) was established and it has been providing programs, financial and logistics to ethnic and political organizations. It is also became an independent EBO office in Europe.
The Burma Fund (TBF), think tank organization working for the NCGUB, was established. It has been publising research papers and providing and consulting economic, political, and regional forums.

December 18, 1990, NCGUB was formed at Marnerplaw headquarters, where Karen National Union (KNU), Democratic Alliance of Burma (DAB), National Democratic Front (NDF), and All Burma Students' Democratic Front (ABSDF) are based, Karen State librated Area, Burma.
April 25, 1991, NCGUB structure was extended at Marnerplaw headquarters, Karen National Union (KNU) librated area, Karen State, Burma.
May 6, 1991, a national health conference sponsored by the ministry of health was taken place at Marnerplaw, Karen State, Burma.
July 19, 1992, Democratic Voice of Burma (DVB) was officially launched under the management and supervision of NCGUB's information ministry, Marnerplaw, Karen State, Burma.
July 31, 1992, NCGUB signed "Marnerplaw Agreement" together with other ethnic and democratic organizations at Marnerplaw, Karen State, Burma.
April 12, 1993, a funeral service for U Win Ko, who was an MP and minister of NCGUB, took place at Marnerplaw, Karen State, Burma.
July 1, 1994, a funeral service for U Hla Pe was held at Marnerplaw, Karen State, Burma.
May 27, 1994, 4th Anniversary of 1990 Multi-Party elections was held at Marnerplaw, Karen State, Burma.
December 12, 1994, an offensive against Marnerplaw started and fierce battles broke out in Marnarplaw area, Karen State, Burma.
January 1, 1995, a joint statement of NCGUB, NLD-LA, DAB, NDF denouncing the attack on Marnerplaw was issued.
July 21, 1995, NCGUB cabinet structure was reformed at Bommersvick, Sweden and issued a "Bommersvick Statement."
July 23, 1997, NCGUB cabinet meeting was held in Amsterdam, Denmark.
July 12, 1998, NCGUB cabinet meeting was held Sydney, Australia.
September 1, 1998, Members of Parliament Union (MPU), exile MP's, issued a statement supporting NLD's call for a parliament.
September 30, 1998, MP's in exile signed a memorandum recognizing CRPP members and its functions.
July 21, 1999, NCGUB and leaders from ethnic and alliance organizations had a meeting in Manila, Phillipines.
July 23, 1999, NCGUB cabinet meeting is done in Manila, Phillipines.
August 26, 1999, a strategic meeting took place in Bonn, Germany.
August 31, 1991, a three days strategic meeing took place in Copenhagen, Denmark.
August 9, 2000, meetings of MP's in exile and NCGUB's cabinet reform had hosted in Dublin, Ireland.
October 1, 2001, NCGUB cabinet meeting took place in Brussels, Belgium.
